personneldocs.co.uk was formed in 2009 with the sole purpose of presenting legally essential and operationally needed employment policies, procedures, letters and forms to managers and employers, whatever the size of the company.

The driving force of personneldocs.co.uk is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Devlopment, with over 10 years experience of multiple level Human Resources Management, Employee Relations and Training & Development with UK companies of various sizes and across different sectors, from Local and Central Government, to IT and Financial Services in the private industry. The document within this site have been created by hand and are unique, both of which will ensure that our customers are given the highest quality policies, forms and letters which meet all relevant UK legislation. We aim to continually improve the contents of thia site to remain, as we are, at the top of the game, giving you excellent value for money advice and expertise!

Why did we form?

Recognising that the current UK economy is leading to many companies looking to reduce cost and tighten budgets and ensure business processes are efficient as possible, personneldocs.co.uk was formed with the sole intention of providing low-cost, but incredible value employment documents and personnnel procedures. Many companies will find that dismissals, redundancies, or TUPE transfers become much more relevant to this time, alongside ensuring staff are appraised fully and training and development budgets are used more efficiently.
